JIRA is a Agile tool  developed by Australian company Atlassian. Quality Assurance Engineer is mainly responsible for the  Quality of the final out put  😨   Ensure the Quality of a software before hand it over to the client is the main duty of a QA Engineer. QA Process👇   Once the BA provide the requirements of the client, QA review and go through the requirements 👀 and get the idea. Then he write the test plan and all the test cases 🕮. In automation the QA will use tools like zeypher and testrail. Test execution is the next main step. Once the developer finished the development stage and provide a build to the QA then he has to start testing .                    Smoke testing: is the first entry point.It verifies the critical and basic functionalities Ex: Starts the application.   Integration Testing : Verifies components worked as a single application   Performance testing :  load testing- test the system works when expected loads and peak loads , stress testing- identify the critical load which the system breaks down.  The Digital Divide                  Once you met a person who can't use or even touched any ICT device/ Computers, do you laugh at their attempts. Even though you are not laughing they feel lack of confidence and they fear that others will laugh at their attempts. Some people who don't have proper economic back ground they can't buy  those devices as they are very expensive. In the modern world each and every individual should have education in ICT. Many of jobs require ICT skills. Then a gap creates between those who have ICT skills and who don't have.
